Respecting your rights as personal data subjects (data subjects) and respecting applicable laws, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDR, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, Journal of Laws, item 1000 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and other relevant provisions on the protection of personal data, we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected from you. All employees have been properly trained in the processing of personal data, and our company as the Personal Data Controller has implemented appropriate security measures and technical and organizational measures to ensure the highest level of personal data protection. We have implemented procedures and policies for the protection of personal data in accordance with the FODO, thanks to which we ensure compliance with the law and reliability of data processing, as well as the enforceability of any rights that you have as data subjects. Additionally, if necessary, we cooperate with a supervisory authority in the Republic of Poland, i.e. with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as PODO).

name and surname - when placing an order you will be asked to give your name and surname, so that we can complete the order and we can contact you, your name and surname will also be necessary for us if you send us a question (contact form) about our offer, this will allow us to quickly and more efficiently determine the relevant information in order to prepare and adjust the offer to your needs,
address of residence - we need it in order to process Orders in the form of shipment of the Product ordered by you,
telephone number - sometimes we call you to confirm the Order or in case of unexpected events (such as lack of the Product in stock), at the same time offering the most advantageous solution,
e-mail address - via e-mail address we send you a confirmation of placing an Order and we contact you if there is a need related to the Order. If you are a subscriber of our newsletter, we will also send you commercial information once, twice a month, your e-mail address will be necessary for us to respond efficiently to your inquiries through the contact form on our website,
NIP - Tax Identification Number is collected from entrepreneurs and persons who request an invoice and have a NIP number,
IP address of the device - information resulting from the general rules of Internet connections, such as IP address (and other information contained in system logs) are used by the administrator of the Internet Shop for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes, in particular to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
Providing the data indicated in the preceding point is necessary in the following cases:
when making a purchase in our Online Shop using the Order Form available on the website of the Online Shop (Order without logging in/registration of an account),
in order to register you in the database of Buyers, which is voluntary; in such a situation we store the data you provide in our database in order to make it easier for you to make purchases in the future in our Online Shop,
