INTERNET WAREHOUSE REGULATIONS

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Internet wholesale store available at www.hurt.ecarla.pl is run by eCarl Karolina Kozioł-Sycz, ul. prof. Ludwika Chmaja, no. 4, 35-021 Rzeszów, NIP: 6871954390, REGON: 180770882, e-mail: hurt@ecarla.pl, telephone: 536-341-896, registered with CEiDG.
These regulations apply to contracts concluded through the website www.hurt.ecarla.pl
Definitions:
Internet wholesale - the Seller's online store available at www.hurt.ecarla.pl
Regulations - these regulations of the Internet Wholesale, referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
Seller - eCarla Karolina Kozioł-Sycz, ul. prof. Ludwika Chmaja, no. 4, 35-021 Rzeszów, NIP: 6871954390, REGON: 180770882, e-mail: sklep@ecarla.pl, telephone: 603 834 400, registered with CEiDG.
Buyer - only a natural person running a business activity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which uses services provided electronically by the Seller,
Registration Form - a form available in the Internet Wholesale, which enables the creation of an Account,
Account - marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Buyer, a collection of resources in the Seller's IT system, where the Buyer's data is collected, including information on Orders placed,
Order - a declaration of will of the Buyer, constituting an offer to conclude a contract of sale of the Product with the Seller,
Sales contract - a contract of sale of the Product within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended), concluded through the Internet Wholesaler in Polish,
Product - movable item available in the Internet Warehouse, which is the subject of a sales agreement between the Buyer and the Seller,
Special Product - a movable item available in the Internet Wholesale, which is the subject of a sales agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, which due to its individual properties (e.g. availability only on an individual order) is subject to special sales rules,
Basket - a virtual tool that allows the Buyer to aggregate selected Products before their purchase and convert their value. When selecting Products, the Buyer can freely manage the content of the basket by adding more Products to it or removing them from the basket,
Promotion - price discount for selected Products subject to a sales agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, strictly defined in time,
Proof of purchase - VAT invoice,
Newsletter - a service provided electronically by the Seller, consisting in enabling interested Buyers to automatically receive the most important information related to the Internet Shop to the given e-mail address.
Services provided electronically by the Seller consist in:
a) enabling an Account to be maintained in the Internet Warehouse,
(b) to enable the conclusion of a sales contract by placing an order,
c) conducting the Newsletter.
Prior to the Registration Form together with the creation of an Account, the Buyer is requested to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
The Buyer obtains access to the Account through a login and password. The agreement concerning maintaining an Account in the Internet Warehouse is concluded for an indefinite period of time and does not entail any financial obligations for the Buyer. The Contract may be terminated at any time by deleting the Account in the Internet Warehouse or by sending information about the Buyer's resignation to the Seller's e-mail address: hurt@ecarla.pl.
Promotions for selected Products from the shop's offer may be organized in the Internet Wholesale. The rules concerning promotions are decided by the Seller, publishing them on the website of the Internet Wholesaler.
Announcements, Seller's advertisements, price lists and other information about the Products published on the Internet Wholesale website, in particular their descriptions, technical and functional parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121 as amended).
In order to use the Internet Wholesale www.hurt.ecarla.pl, it is necessary to use a computer with a processor min. 200 MHz, 64MB RAM, a graphic card supporting 800x600 resolution and 256 colours and a web browser (Internet Explorer (version >= 6.0), Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari), as well as a keyboard or other pointing device, enabling correct completion of electronic forms.
§ 2. CONDITIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER
The Buyer is obliged to use the Internet Wholesale in a manner consistent with applicable law, rules of social coexistence and good manners, taking into account respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
